Since you can control your emotion.
You can actually do anything without considering your mood.
So, you can work for long long hour.
Study for 5 hours... still happy... hoho...
....
Well, I can still remain happy... but can't stay calm...
No energy to work... not tired physically nor mentally...
But tired of doing the same thing... change work then Okay.
Eventually will tired of doing any work...
CONCLUSION: This Law doesn't work.
