1) Spin the arrow... If the arrow point to the one who spin it... spin it again..
2) The pointed person ask a question.
3) He have to answer his own question 1st... Or else... Dare!!
4) All other pp have to answer the same question asked...
For those who refuse to answer... Dare!!
5) The pointed person repeat step 1.

Those who refuse to take the Dare, there is another option... Do one or more things to impress/entertain other players until 50% of the players r satisfied... Then, u'll be free...
