Details of first law...

Me always tend to let our mind "auto-pilot system" pick our emotion.
This system tend to pick the latest emotion arise instead of choosing the best.

e.g. You are now happy because of something... Suddenly, something bad happen...
A bad emotion option will then arise... and this system will pick it...
So, now you are in a bad mood.

Most of us don't know that this system can be shutdown...
So, when something enraging happen... this system will choose "Anger", then we feel angry.

To prevent argument, we control our temper....
But we won't feel good when we control the temper... since you are still angry...
The control of temper have its limit too...
Till some degree of anger... we will say " Arghh! Can't stand it." ...

The meaning of choose your own emotion means. Shutdown this auto-pick system.
Choose them yourself...

Of course, you need to always remember that you can choose it.
Best, if you can make this a habit.

If you forgot this... this auto-pick system will start to do its part then...
Automatically choose emotions for you...
