Suddenly, something bad happen...<br /> A bad emotion option will then arise... and this system will pick it...<br /> So, now you are in a bad mood.<br /><br />Most of us don't know that this system can be shutdown...<br />So, when something enraging happen... this system will choose "Anger", then we feel angry.<br /><br />To prevent argument, we control our temper....<br />But we won't feel good when we control the temper... since you are still angry...<br />The control of temper have its limit too...<br />Till some degree of anger... we will say " Arghh! Can't stand it." ...<br /><br />The meaning of choose your own emotion means. (Excited? Well, Kinda )<br />4) Not Calm &amp; Not Happy... (Dun have any bad emotions, but not considered Calm nor Happy.)<br />(Note: I have different degree of Calm and Happiness. 4th emotion= Zero Calmness, Zero Happiness)<br /><br />I can choose my own emotions... but not "create". ( Not yet)<br />( If I can... all emotions will always be available &amp; I can always choose to be Happy &amp; Calm. )<br /><br />Sometimes, there were no Happy &amp; Calm options.<br />Only, bad emotions (... Angry, Sad... etc.) for me to choose/pick.<br /><br />So, I don't pick anyone of them. Then, I'll be in 4th emotion...<br /><br />To make the Happy &amp; Calm options available...<br />I'll do something that I like... then everything will be okay again.<br />( Day dreaming is one of them...
